  1. Continental Drift - Gradual movement of continents over the Earth's surface over time.

    • Evidence 1:  South America and Africa fit like puzzle pieces.

    • Evidence 2:  Mesosaurus fossils found on Africa and South America (THEY NEED FRESHWATER)

    • Evidence 3:  Glossopteris plant fossils on Africa and South America (2 Completely different climates!)

    • Evidence 4:  Tropical plant fossils found in the Arctic!

    • Evidence 5:  More puzzle pieces between continents.
